Did I say four weeks? Try six DAYS!
I'm not kidding! We have our passports back ALREADY! WOWZERS! They have electronic chips too which I think it kind of creepy. Things are happening really fast and we're shooting for September now, maybe early September depending on when they are hiring for the public schools out there. John has learned that the public schools pay more and are more reliable than the private schools which makes sense, I guess. While for the most part, the response to our decision has been positive we have gotten a few negative responses, most notably from John's buddy who reamed my butt good tonight. Just what I needed too, NOT.Anyway, in other news, my younger sister ended up having a D&C on Monday as she still hadn't miscarried the baby that passed. She's decided she's done and at her follow-up appointment, she will be making plans to get her tubes tied. She's not even 23. Makes me kind of sad. I still haven't told my mom yet and I'm hoping my sister will before she calls her again. Poor Mom, that leaves me as being her last hope for anymore grandkids as my brother's future wife can't have any kids either.
