Just a couple of quick updates while Blogger is working...
I have been having TONS of issues with Gmail and Blogger lately and I have no idea what is up with that so hopefully I'll be able to get this post in.Natalie will be two and a half on Friday. She's now 34 and a 1/2 inches and weighs around 31 and a half pounds. We just recently converted her crib to a toddler bed to start getting her used to not sleeping in a crib since we will not have a crib in Korea.
John is VERY close to signing a contract and having a job. More than likely, it will be in September. Lots to do and not much time but with the car troubles we have had of late, John has been home A LOT. His Madison job is down to 2 days a week since he hasn't been able to get to work and he started a part time job here. I will probably be looking for work soon myself.
Not much else going on at the moment. Did get an email from a member of John's family. This gets a little confusing so bear with me, the granddaughter of John's niece who is only three drowned at a pool in Iowa on Friday. This was her first time swimming and the babysitter took her. No idea what happened exactly and I guess the aquatic center is under investigation (where the heck were the life guards?). Not sure where the babysitter was either. This is why even John is not allowed to take Natalie to the pool alone. John can't swim and I won't take any chances. *sigh* The funeral is on Wednesday.
